Being in hospital

Elle, 16
“Finally told what I was suffering from”

I first went into hospital at 13. I only stayed in for eight days to run tests to see if they could find out what was wrong with me. That was before I was diagnosed. I remember being apprehensive about hospital.  I didn't like being away from home and missed my mum a lot.

The hospital was very well laid out and I was often next to the babies! I basically had tests such as x-rays and blood tests done as well as having therapy. I don't believe it was very good for me, as I missed my family. The only good thing that came out of it was I was finally told what I was suffering from.
