Run for M.E.

London Marathon runner Do you have a friend or family member who loves to run? Talk them into running the London Marathon in aid of Action for M.E!

Running the marathon is a great way to raise awareness of M.E.  Having the illness can make you feel like there's a marathon task ahead of you on a daily basis.

To get an Action for M.E. Golden Bond Place, your runner will need to be aged 18 or over and you will need to help them to raise over £1,000.  It may sound like a big task, but lots of our runners have raised this in sponsorship alone!  However, we'll provide you with lots of advice and ideas to keep you going, and we’ll be there on the day to cheer your runner on!

If 26 miles seems just too much, there are lots of other races around the country to suit all ages and abilities.  In the past, runners for Action for M.E. have completed runs such as the Flora Light Challenge for Women, the Great North Run, The Junior Great North Run and Bristol Half Marathon.

So if you would like to help run up some cash for people with M.E. let us know!
