If you're 16 or over you can parachute jump from a plane in aid of Action for M.E. It's an unbeatable, exhilarating experience!
You'll be harnessed to a professional skydiver who'll do all the work for you! You freefall for a mile or so, then as your parachute opens you gently descend into the drop zone.
'The parachute jump was amazing! I was really scared beforehand , but when I got in the plane I was just really excited. The view was incredible - I could just see snow on top of the mountains and hundreds of tiny patchwork fields. I would do it again!'
