Coping with relapse

"Remember that there’s always sunshine after the rain"

"My relapses are caused by emotional stress, stress or overdoing things. Sometimes I relapse after going out with friends. It makes me feel very weak and tired. I also feel very low and cry a lot. A relapse is a very isolating experience and often very frustrating too.

To get through, remember that there’s always sunshine after the rain. Try to think of what you would like to do when you are better so that you have something to look forward to. Even though you may not feel up to it, make sure you eat something, even if it's just a little."
